This might seems very simple – but don’t be tricked – it’s also tasty! Eating clean is probably the simplest thing to cook and it doesn’t sounds as scary as it sounds. Trust me, it’s all very tasty.
How i like to cleanse the fishy smell :
- Put the fish into a cold water with a drop or two of Lemon Essential Oil (or squeezed 1/2 of lemon) for couple of minutes
- Then move the fish into a bowl filled with UHT milk or fresh milk
- Or when i don’t have that much time – i’d like to put then into the milk with 1-2 drops of Lemon Essential Oil for 15 minutes
- I find This method is the best in cleansing the fishy smell
What you need to do is grilled the grouper in a fry pan with low heat, let it done in a slower way. Put a cover onto the pan. Dash a bit of seasoning (salt and pepper), sprinkle little bit of olive oil. And put upside down once it’s brown on one side.
For the veggies, saute it with chopped garlic, slices of ginger and olive oil. I’d like to steam the veggies first for 15 minutes until it soften a little bit.
And you’re done!
